The media registering for the event should furnish proof of having promoted BHP 2012 in their respective domains and proof should be adduced to this effect before registration. Only Editorial staff of such registered media would be allowed to cover the event. No business promotional activities by the media delegates \ event management companies will be permitted at the event except by those who are media partners for the event.
